General Terms and Conditions: By booking any yoga classes with YOGA WITH SAMIA, I agree to the following terms: 1. Acknowledgement of Risk & Responsibility: I voluntarily choose to participate in the yoga classes offered by YOGA WITH SAMIA, including Online Yoga Classes, Rise & Energise Yoga Classes, Mum & Baby Bond Yoga Classes, and Pregnancy Yoga Classes. I acknowledge that yoga involves physical exertion, which may be strenuous and could lead to physical injury. I am fully aware of the potential risks and assume all responsibility for my participation. 2. Medical Responsibility: I understand that it is my sole responsibility to consult with a qualified physician before participating in any yoga classes, to ensure that I am in good health and physically able to engage in such activities. I confirm that I am physically fit and have no medical condition that would prevent my full participation in any yoga class, health program, or workshop. 3. Pregnancy: If I am pregnant, I commit to informing the instructor prior to attending any class. I confirm that I have obtained full medical clearance from my doctor or midwife to participate in yoga classes and that my pregnancy is beyond 13 weeks. 4. Physical Adjustments: I understand that the instructor may offer physical adjustments to improve my posture and alignment during class. If I do not wish to receive such adjustments, I will inform the instructor at the start of each session. If I do choose to receive physical adjustments, I acknowledge that it is my responsibility to communicate with the instructor when the adjustment has gone as far as I desire. 5. Payment Policy: Full payment for all yoga classes, both online and in-studio, must be completed prior to the scheduled class time to confirm my spot. 6. Cancellation & Refund Policy: Class cancellations must be made at least 4 hours before the class start time. Failure to cancel within this period will result in a £5 fee. If no cancellation notice is given and I do not attend the class, I will be charged the full class fee. Refunds will not be issued once a class or membership has been purchased, except in extenuating circumstances at the discretion of YOGA WITH SAMIA. 7. Liability Waiver: I fully understand that participation in yoga involves risks and accept full responsibility for any injury or harm that may occur during the class.
